Margie partners with individuals, teams, and organizations to provide leadership and team coaching; training and facilitation; and organization development. She specializes in leadership development and assessments, including 360-degree feedback and follow-up; coaching and mentoring; and leader as coach training.

Education & Experience

Margie holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and a Master’s Degree in Human Organization Science with a concentration in Human Resources. With over 30 years of coaching, consulting, facilitation and training experience working with executives, managers, teams and employees, Margie focuses on leadership and organization development.

Rick Heiler, PBA, PMA

Principal

Rick’s focus is working with organizations to make changes related to leadership development, leadership selection, succession management, and execution and performance.

Education & Experience

Rick majored in business administration at Temple University and had extensive, advanced training in management principles. Rick is also a Professional Certified Behaviors and Motivator Analyst and completed coach training at Adler International Learning.

With over 30 years of leadership experience, Rick has been a Plant Manager in three major companies where his accomplishments have ranged from increased production and productivity to improved customer service and regulatory compliance with state and federal agencies.  Rick sees the value of leadership development for the critical issues leadership and organizations face today.  As a Training & Development Manager, Rick has developed, implemented and delivered training programs in leadership development, safety, and operations management. He has also developed Standard Operating Procedures.  With X-Stress Enterprises, Rick offers his operations management background and experience to complement the Leadership Development part of the business.
